EssentialAdvanced history-taking, physical assessment and clinical examination skills.Ability to recognise and respond to red flags, clinical risk and deterioration.Safe prescribing and medicines management knowledge appropriate to the role.Knowledge of safeguarding, consent, capacity, confidentiality and information governance.Excellent communication, consultation and shared decision-making skills.Ability to prioritise workload, manage uncertainty and work effectively under pressure.Competent use of clinical IT systems, ideally including SystmOne.
