In this Team Leader role, you guide the Delivery Suite within a large tertiary maternity service, supporting complex care and multidisciplinary collaboration. You will influence service development, drive quality improvement, and help transform workforce delivery. You work with an experienced leadership team to develop colleagues and advance leadership potential. Responsibilities

  • Influence service development and lead quality improvement initiatives
  • Support workforce transformation and manage a large multidisciplinary team
  • Drive innovation and implement new ways of working in a high-acuity maternity setting
  • Ensure delivery of safe, patient-centred intrapartum care
  • Act as a visible role model aligned with The Leeds Way values
  • Lead and contribute to workforce and budget management as needed
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support leadership development and career progression
  • Provide clinical input when required and escalate as appropriate
