Overview

In this role you will provide clinical leadership within the Leeds Mental Health Support Teams, guiding a small CYP caseload and delivering evidence-based low intensity CBT. You will collaborate with education settings, staff, and external partners to improve child and family mental health outcomes. You will contribute to service development and lead or participate in MDT and leadership activities. This role offers opportunities to shape local mental health provision within schools and community settings.

Responsibilities

  • Hold a small caseload of CYP and families and deliver low intensity CBT
  • Provide clinical supervision to TEMHPs and supervise caseload management
  • Offer consultation, advice and training to education staff
  • Lead key meetings and establish partnerships with external agencies
  • Attend leadership meetings and contribute to service development and innovation
  • Contribute to multi-disciplinary team meetings and CYPMHS links
  • Support development and research projects within the service
  • Provide day-to-day clinical leadership to the team
