Overview
In this role you will lead aseptic services within LTHT to support around 80,000 aseptic preparations annually, including biotherapy and clinical trial products. You will strengthen pharmaceutical quality systems, ensure GMP compliance, and drive service innovation to improve patient care. You will work with senior clinical and operational colleagues, develop the workforce, and influence strategic decisions for aseptic services across a major teaching hospital trust. This is an opportunity to combine scientific expertise with leadership and service development to make a real impact on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership across aseptic services and develop a skilled workforce
- Maintain and develop pharmaceutical quality systems and ensure GMP compliance
