Overview
In this role, you will coordinate and deliver all exhibition and sponsor logistics for NHS Health & Care Expo, ensuring commercial commitments are met. You will work with cross-functional teams to create a seamless experience for exhibitors, sponsors, and delegates, and help drive sustainability across the event. The position sits within the Events and Operations team and supports a flagship, strategically important, high-revenue expo. You’ll shape logistics for a large-scale conference and exhibition while maintaining high service standards and collaboration with external partners.

Responsibilities
- manage sponsor and exhibitor deliverables and fulfilment
- oversee exhibition operations, floorplans, builds, activations and branding
- coordinate suppliers including exhibition contractors, venues, AV and production partners
- support wider event delivery, including signage, room layouts and onsite operations
- collaborate with internal commercial, marketing and content teams
- drive sustainability initiatives across the event
- deliver an exceptional experience for exhibitors, sponsors and delegates
Key requirements
- significant experience delivering large-scale events (conferences and tradeshows/exhibitions) with multiple complex projects and deadlines
- practical experience interpreting technical information (CAD plans, AV plans, build dimensions) and working with suppliers across graphics, build, design and AV
- demonstrable account management and high-value sponsor/exhibitor service with adaptable communication for various stakeholders
- strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills
- creative, collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
- experience with multiple platforms, apps and project management tools
- beneficial familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
