Overview
In this Clinical Lead role, you will provide clinical leadership and supervision within the Mole Valley Neighbourhood Mental Health Team, supporting a multidisciplinary workforce across the Brief Interventions service line. You will lead safe, high-quality patient care and help shape clinical pathways in the community setting. The role involves managing a small caseload of complex cases and working closely with GP practices and partner agencies. Your leadership will foster collaboration, lived-experience engagement, and performance across the service.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervisory/consultation support for staff within the service line and INT as required
- Develop and maintain effective clinical pathways within the service line and wider community INT team
- Monitor productivity and KPI delivery, supporting reporting and action-focused work
- Lead clinical leadership and caseload supervision within the service line and serve as a role model for clinical excellence
- Foster collaborative relationships with partners and embed lived experience at the core of the role
- Ensure clear communication between disciplines, GP practices, and partner agencies
Key requirements
- Membership of a professional body: NMC, HCPC, SWE
- Significant experience working at band 6 or higher
- Degree plus post-registration/specialist training, CPD or equivalent
- Current UK professional registration
