b Overview /b p In this role you will support the radiotherapy planning service across Mould Room, CT, and Planning, delivering complex VMAT treatment plans and ensuring timely patient care. You will work within a cross-site team at Kent Oncology Centre, contributing to SABR expansion and digital improvements to the patient pathway. You will lead day-to-day workflow and collaborate with Cancer Performance to meet cancer targets, shaping future radiotherapy practice. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li At least 27 days annual leave /li li NHS Pension Scheme with 23.7% employer contribution /li li Life assurance benefits /li li Blue Light card eligibility /li li Flexible working arrangements /li li Additional benefits in benefits documents /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Produce VMAT plans and outline organs-at-risk /li li Manage and optimise the planning workflow across Mould Room, CT and Planning /li li Collaborate within the Cancer Performance team to meet targets /li li Contribute to continuous service improvement toward a paperless, care path-based department /li li Support cross-site radiotherapy planning across Kent Oncology Centre /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Proven experience as a Treatment Planner or Dosimetrist /li li Strong technical expertise in radiotherapy planning and workflow management /li li Commitment to personal and professional development /li /ul ul li Good communication skills /li li Good interpersonal and negotiation skills /li li Good organisational skills /li li Experience with 3-D and IMRT/VMAT planning techniques /li li Knowledge of Eclipse as treatment planning system /li li Experience with Varian treatment equipment /li /ul
