Overview
In this Band 8a position, you will clinically lead the Audiology team across three sites (FGH, WGH, RLI) and oversee the North Lancashire community paediatric service. The role balances 40% clinical work with 60% non-clinical responsibilities, focusing on governance and staff development. You will provide expert clinical oversight for complex cases and drive pathway improvements. This is an opportunity to shape audiology services within a large NHS trust and to support high-quality, independent living for patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership for the audiology service across multiple sites
