Overview
As an experienced Psychologist, you will join Three Valleys Hospital in Keighley on a part-time basis to support a multidisciplinary team in caring for people with complex mental health conditions.
You will conduct individual and group interventions, assessments and treatment planning, engage in MDT decision-making, and contribute to training and service development.
The role emphasizes safeguarding, evidence-based practice, and professional development within a regional network of psychology colleagues.

Responsibilities
- Attend CPA reviews and provide psychological input for treatment and risk assessment to support MDT decisions
- Assess service users with psychometric measures and interpret results
- Contribute to development of evidence-based practices and policies within the psychology service
- Conduct research and publish/present findings as part of service delivery
- Manage a caseload and deliver specialist psychological treatments to support care plans
- Design and deliver training for staff and trainees
