ITIL Process Manager

b Overview /b p In this role you will lead ITIL governance for the Digital Data Directorate, ensuring reliable, secure digital services and infrastructure. You will steer service management processes and complex programmes, aligning with the Trust’s five-year digital strategy and patient safety priorities. You will collaborate across teams to implement ITIL controls and drive continual service improvement. This is a chance to shape critical IT service delivery in a high-stakes healthcare environment. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead ITIL governance across digital services and policy implementation /li li Manage day-to-day ITIL processes (Asset, Test Transition, Change Release, CSI, ITSM Tools) /li li Deliver complex service management programmes and provide guidance to project staff /li li Ensure ITIL controls protect critical systems and patient safety /li li Develop and improve the 5-year digital strategy for ITIL functions /li li Oversee relationships with customers and peers in challenging environments /li li Support on day-to-day operation and emergency change and project delivery /li li Promote continual service improvement across IT services /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Masters degree in IT-related subject or equivalent management experience /li li ITIL Foundation level qualified /li li PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 (latest version) /li li Agile qualification or plan to obtain within 6 months /li li Extensive experience in IT Service Management with line management responsibilities /li li Experience delivering IT services within an ITIL framework (incident, problem, change) /li li Proven ability to build and manage relationships with customers and peers /li /ul ul li interpersonal and negotiation skills /li li stakeholder management /li li autonomy and teamwork /li li ITIL framework /li li incident, problem, change management /li li Change Release Management /li /ul
