Your responsibilities include coordinating clinical resources, managing patient pathways, providing telephone support, and liaising with both clinical and non-clinical colleagues. You will manage patient queues, dispatch calls to clinicians, make comfort calls, and handle urgent call-backs. The role demands empathy, tact, discretion, and strong communication skills to deliver high-quality patient care.
