Job summaryAs Director of People & Education, you will lead the function, providing strategic direction across workforce planning, organisational development, learning and education, employee engagement, talent management, reward, resourcing and employee relations. The Director of People and Education will manage Resourcing, Learning & Talent, People Business Partner team and Clinical Education.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you'll act as a trusted advisor, influencing business strategy and ensuring our people agenda supports both operational excellence and long-term organisational success.
