Main duties of the job:
- Prescribing, online and telephone clinical triage, management of minor illness and LTC advice.
- Delivering safe, clinical decisions and expert care as well as working collaboratively with all team members of a multi-professional team.
- Driving innovation, modernisation and high levels of staff and patient satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:
- Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Independent prescribing qualification.
- Ability to apply effective clinical judgement in the prioritisation and decision-making aspects of the role.
- Previous general practice experience is desirable.

- Annual salary of up to 65,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
