Home Treatment Team Practitioner

Job summaryWe have an exciting opportunity for a qualified practitioner to work at the forefront of innovation in Children's and Young Peoples Mental Health and to play an instrumental role in Hertfordshire.The team is a CYPMHS Tier 4 home treatment team (HTT) which offers an alternative to an in-patient admission. The service works with 13-18 year olds and is a multidisciplinary team who provide intensive support within the young persons home.The successful candidate will be a registered professional with experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health at band 6 or equivalent.The post-holder will be a member of the Home Treatment Team outpatient service within CAMHS. This is part of an exciting expansion of CAMHS specialist services within HPFT.
