You will work closely with colleagues and partners to shape strategy, support service improvement and drive the development of innovative models of care that meet the needs of the population we serve. You will play a key role in strengthening clinical governance, supporting organisational learning, developing the future clinical workforce and fostering a culture where colleagues feel empowered to speak up, learn and continuously improve. The postholder will also work collaboratively with general practice, system partners and multidisciplinary teams to ensure services are clinically effective, sustainable and responsive to changing healthcare needs.
