Overview
As a Salaried GP at Holderness Health, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered GP services across a network of rural sites. You will work with an MDT to manage a broad caseload, including acute and chronic conditions, and participate in Enhanced Access sessions. The role supports flexible hours and career development in a forward-thinking teaching practice committed to clinical governance and reducing health inequalities. You will contribute to quality improvement and maintain safe prescribing while supporting continuity of care.

Responsibilities
- Deliver GP services via face-to-face, telephone, and home visits
- Manage acute, chronic, complex, and undifferentiated conditions with care planning
- Prescribe safely and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with MDT including ANPs, physiotherapists, social prescribers, and MH workers
- Participate in Enhanced Access and extended hours
- Contribute to QOF, audits, and quality improvement
- Provide training and supervision to medical students as required
- Support smooth running of the surgery and cover during absences
- Adhere to policies, governance, and data protection standards
Key requirements
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration, on Medical Performers List or GPST3 due to complete training
- Strong clinical judgement
