Job summaryWe are looking for a dynamic Technical Services Specialist Pharmacist to join our team to lead the development and management of our Pharmacy Technical ServicesAt LNWH Pharmacy Technical Services, we have four cleanroom suites, manufacturing sterile/aseptic, non-sterile and prepacks products under our Specials manufacturing licence. The Trust has successfully added two new cleanrooms with VHP technology to our Specials Manufacturing licence. As the Principal Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the operational delivery, training, recruitment and as well as maintaining regulatory compliance of the Specials manufacturing. Your will be leading a competent and experience team in the manufacturing of specials products.We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of operational delivery and the ability to improve our current systems and services.As we work closer with our local partners in the ICS you will support planning the future of Pharmacy Technical Services in North West London.As a member of the Pharmacy Senior Leadership team, you will support the development of the Pharmacy vision and strategy for the Trust.Main duties of the jobo Manages and develops all aspects of Technical Serviceso The post holder is required to manage a robust Pharmaceutical Quality System to assure compliance with all relevant legislation, Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Clinical Practice.o The post holder is responsible for the manufacturing of Specials products under the "Specials" Manufacturers Licence.
