Are you an experienced People, HR, or Organisational Development professional looking for an opportunity to influence culture, leadership, workforce strategy, and organisational performance? As part of our newly established People & Culture Directorate, we are seeking an exceptional People & Culture Business Partner to work alongside senior clinical, operational, and corporate leaders to deliver transformational people solutions that improve colleague experience, organisational effectiveness, and service delivery. This is a strategic role with a strong focus on organisational development, culture change, workforce transformation, leadership development, and equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging. You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders and play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Trust's People Strategy and organisational objectives.

Main duties of the job:

  • Lead and deliver organisational development and culture change programmes across designated divisions and services.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop high-performing, compassionate, and inclusive teams.
  • Support workforce redesign, organisational change, service transformation, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Provide expert workforce, organisational development, and employee relations advice on complex people matters.
  • Lead staff engagement initiatives and support action planning arising from staff survey feedback and workforce insight.
  • Champion Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDI&B) priorities and support improvements in workforce equality outcomes.
  • Use workforce intelligence and organisational data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

We are looking for an experienced and credible professional with:

  • Significant experience in HR Business Partnering, Organisational Development, or Workforce Transformation within a complex organisation.
  • Experience leading organisational development, culture change, and workforce transformation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting complex organisational change and workforce planning programmes.
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
  • Experience working with workforce data, staff engagement insights, and organisational performance information.
  • A passion for inclusion, belonging, leadership development, and improving colleague experience.

Person Specification:

Qualifications:

  • Essential: Educated to a master's degree level or equivalent level of experience in a relevant field. Evidence of relevant continuous professional development.
  • Desirable: Chartered MCIPD.

Experience:

  • Essential: Significant experience in HR Business Partnering or Organisational Development within a complex organisation. Experience leading organisational development and culture change initiatives. Experience supporting organisational transformation and workforce redesign.
