b Overview /b p In this role you will lead day-to-day specialist support services across New Milton and Southampton, guiding two individuals with learning disabilities and a bespoke complex-need case. You’ll work with families, health professionals, and agencies to deliver person-centred outcomes, while ensuring safety, hygiene, and KPI-aligned care.
