As Medical Director, you will give
equal focus to clinical governance and external engagement: ensuring safe,
effective care while building relationships with competitors, GP federations
and other providers to raise SELDOC Groups profile, develop partnerships and
create opportunities for new services. You will bring clinical judgement to
strategic decisions, helping identify opportunities, develop services and build
partnerships that improve patient care and support sustainable growth. Leading
the Clinical Governance and Quality team, you will ensure effective oversight
and provide the Board with clear assurance on quality, performance and risk.

Medical Director with a strong understanding of urgent care and the governance
that underpins safe, appropriate and timely services. You enjoy the pace of
Urgent Treatment Centres and understand their contribution to patient flow and
four-hour Emergency Department performance. You combine clinical credibility with
strategic thinking and commercial awareness. You are motivated by developing
better care within a sustainable business that benefits patients, colleagues
and wider stakeholders.

together. Approachable and collaborative, you lead by example, take
responsibility and bring a low-ego approach to decisions and relationships.

You must hold a primary medical
qualification and a relevant postgraduate qualification, have at least five
years clinical service, and hold GMC registration and Medical Performers List
