Overview
In this role you join a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive assessments and a range of interventions for individuals with severe mental health issues, supporting their recovery. You will manage a defined caseload, perform initial assessments, and respond to crises in the community, contributing to a recovery-focused, innovative service. A valid driving licence and ability to work in community settings are essential. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and service users to provide high-quality care and support carers.

Responsibilities
- Lead professional responsibility for a number of service users
- Conduct initial assessments for new referrals
- Support individuals experiencing mental health crises in the community
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Manage a defined caseload and participate in ongoing professional development with opportunities for low-intensity psychological interventions
- Work independently within an established, recovery-focused team
Key requirements
- Current UK professional registration (NMC/HCPC - OT/SWE)
- Professional qualification in Mental Health Nursing or Occupational Therapy or Social Work
- Experience at post-graduate diploma level or equivalent; clinical supervision training mentioned
- Valid driving licence with unrestricted use of a car or motorcycle for work in community settings
- UK right to work for duration of role
