The Clinical Support, Mental Health and Social Care Category (CSMHSC) who form part of the Devon Procurement Service (DPS) is recruiting a Senior Sourcing Manager (B7) to join a newly established procurement service.

- Livewell Community Services
We offer hybrid and flexible working, with office bases in Exeter, Barnstaple, Torbay, and Plymouth. Occasional travel across Devon will be required.
Main duties of the job include:
- Working closely with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders to develop procurement strategies.
- Delivering complex sourcing projects, driving value for money and ensuring continuity of supply across critical healthcare services.

- High level of demonstrable experience of sourcing activity in a relevant field.
- Significant demonstrable experience of stakeholder management in a customer and results focused environment.
- Successful negotiation and implementation of purchasing agreements.
- Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification to degree level or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- A relevant qualification in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field (e.g., CIPS Level 6 Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply).
- Aptitude & Abilities:
