Overview

In this role you will lead employee relations for a large NHS trust, advising managers on complex ER cases and shaping action plans to support Just and Learning culture. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve disciplinary, grievance, capability and attendance issues, and liaise with legal advisers on Employment Tribunal matters. You’ll also design and deliver in-house training for managers as part of strengthening people practices across the trust. Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex, sensitive caseload of disciplinary, grievance, capability and attendance issues
  • Advise managers and link with legal advisers on Employment Tribunal cases
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive a Just and Learning culture
  • Develop and implement in-house training sessions for managers on a range of ER subjects
  • Support the Trust in delivering safe, high‑quality healthcare across multiple sites
