You will support education and clinical services, including links with Anglia Ruskin University and ARU-organised courses. This is a chance to contribute to high-quality, specialist services while advancing your career within a supportive trust. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Deliver anaesthesia and pain services to Broomfield Hospital /li li Oversee pre-operative preparation and emergency services /li li Contribute to obstetric anaesthesia including labour epidurals /li li Assess and manage critically ill patients in Resus and on the wards /li li Engage in education and training activities and university links /li li Support regional anaesthesia initiatives (ultrasound-guided) where appropriate /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li MBBS or equivalent /li li GMC registered /li li FRCA or equivalent /li li At least 4 years post-graduate ST experience /li li Experience and competence in obstetric anaesthesia including labour epidurals /li li Ability to assess critically ill patients in Resus and on wards /li li Desirable: Ultrasound-guided regional anaesthesia /li li Desirable: Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) /li /ul ul li Effective communication with clinical colleagues, other specialties and support staff /li li Team collaboration and adaptability /li li Obstetric anaesthesia including labour epidurals /li li Ultrasound-guided regional anaesthesia (desirable) /li li Critical care assessment of ill patients /li /ul
