Job summaryAre you an experienced Medical Workforce professional looking for an opportunity to influence workforce strategy, support senior clinical leaders, and lead a specialist medical staffing service?As part of our newly established People & Culture Directorate, we are seeking an exceptional Medical Workforce Lead to provide expert leadership of our Medical Workforce function and help shape the future of the Trust's medical workforce services.This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, compliant and customer-focused medical staffing service, supporting over 670 doctors across the Trust, including consultants, SAS doctors, resident doctors and locally employed doctors.Main duties of the jobReporting to the Assistant Director of People Operations, you will lead the Medical Workforce Team and act as the Trust's subject matter expert on medical staffing matters.
