The IBH Training Facilitator will deliver engaging, practical and high-quality training to ensure every employee has the skills, confidence and knowledge to provide exceptional care. You will play a key role in developing our workforce through induction, mandatory training, leadership development and continuous professional learning.
Main duties of the job:
- Deliver induction programmes.
- Facilitate mandatory training.
- Develop new training content.
- Deliver practical workshops and competency assessments.
- Maintain training records and compliance.
- Support managers with staff development.
- Evaluate training effectiveness.

Essential Requirements:
