We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead multiple supported living services, ensuring excellent outcomes for the people we support, strong compliance and high-performing teams. This is a leadership role for someone passionate about quality, developing people and driving continuous improvement.

Main duties of the job:

  • Maintain CQC registration and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead, inspire and develop Service Managers and support teams.
  • Deliver outstanding, person-centred care.
  • Ensure services operate safely and effectively.
  • Monitor KPIs including occupancy, incidents, staffing, quality and financial performance.
  • Build excellent relationships with local authorities, commissioners and healthcare professionals.
  • Oversee safeguarding investigations and risk management.
  • Lead audits and quality assurance processes.
  • Support business growth through assessments and mobilisation of new services.
  • Drive a positive culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Essential Requirements:

  • Registered Manager experience within Supported Living.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and service performance.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
