Job summaryAs HUC's most senior nurse and clinical quality leader, you will set the strategic direction for our nursing and Allied Health Professional workforce and embed a culture of clinical excellence across all services. You will be the visible guardian of patient safety, safeguarding, infection prevention and control, and clinical governance, providing board-level assurance to regulators, commissioners and the Board.This is a high-impact role for an inspirational leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and wants to drive innovation, reduce serious incidents, and improve outcomes through digital triage, telehealth and multidisciplinary models.
