As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients stay healthy when they need it most.
Following a review in relation to the National framework, UCR will focus on admission avoidance within the 48-hour timeframe. The Clinical Lead's role focuses on the case management of the patients within the service, ensuring the right care, at the right time, and with the right clinician. In addition, the role has an enabling focus on the knowledge, skills, competence, and confidence of the teams by working alongside the teams and the patient. This role is perfect for those leaders who want to maintain direct clinical contact with the patient whilst also being given the opportunity to drive clinical change through excellence.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week
