Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior manager to lead, shape and influence our people centred Professional and Clinical team within the Primary Care Division. You will strategically lead the Professional and Clinical Service team in managing the ongoing delivery and transformational development, influenced by NHS Wales Health Boards, Primary Care Contractors and Welsh Government.To successfully fill this role, we are seeking an experienced senior manager with a proven track record of delivering modernisation and transformation projects across complex environments. You will have the gravitas and energy to advise and influence colleagues and stakeholders at the highest levels within the NHS in Wales, Welsh Government and other organisations. Most importantly you will have an appetite to steer and lead the team through exciting times as our services continue to grow. This will be intrinsically linked to the delivery of the overall Shared Services vision in becoming a world class organisation.
