This is a key senior role within a busy and forward-thinking primary care practice, serving a patient population of over 14,000 and leading a team of around 40 staff plus attached services. Working closely with the Partners and Management Team, you will help implement innovative strategies, optimise operational processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care.
