As our Clinical Educator, you will lead on the development and delivery of high-quality education and training programmes for registered and non-registered staff working within community services. You will work closely with clinical leaders, operational leaders, modern matrons, and system partners to ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to meet the evolving needs of patients closer to home. Through coaching, mentorship, and innovative educational approaches, you will foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, starting with supporting the workforce to embed the 9 Core UEC Capabilities into everyday practice and deliver outstanding care across community based services.

You will play a pivotal role in developing, delivering, and evaluating education programmes that support workforce competency, clinical excellence, and service transformation across Urgent Emergency Care (UEC), Virtual Wards, and Long Term Conditions services. - Registered Practitioner with current professional registration (Adults)
- Teaching and/or assessing qualification or equivalent experience
