Overview
As Patient Co‑Ordinator you act as the first point of contact for patients, delivering friendly, calm, and efficient reception across in-person, online, and phone channels. You support high-quality care by organising appointments, updating records, and handling requests with discretion. Working within our medical admin team, you help ensure patients receive the right care at the right time in a busy NHS environment. This role offers meaningful contact with the local community in a supportive, collaborative clinic.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for patients in person, online, and by phone
- Manage high-volume enquiries in a calm, organized manner
- Provide clear information and support in a fast-paced setting
- Handle confidential information in line with GDPR
- Perform administrative IT duties (appointment booking, updating records, processing prescription requests)
