b Overview /b p In this role you will help shape the culture of a major NHS trust by delivering the Culture Transformation Programme. You’ll work with senior leaders and cross-organisational teams to embed inclusive, compassionate and improvement-focused practices. You will design development interventions, run training and coaching, and support a growing network of Culture Improvement Ambassadors to drive sustainable change. Your work will connect culture initiatives to patient care, safety, and staff experience while engaging diverse stakeholders. This is an opportunity to lead culture change in a large, high-impact organisation with a clear mission to deliver Outstanding Care for One and All. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li flexible working possible /li li potential sponsorship considered /li li Agenda for Change pay band 7 /li li competitive salary /li li career development opportunities /li li university partnerships / research opportunities /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Support the delivery of the Culture Transformation Programme /li li Design and deliver culture improvement interventions and organisational development activities /li li Coach leaders, teams and individuals to cultivate inclusive and improvement-focused cultures /li li Develop and facilitate engaging training, workshops and large-scale culture events /li li Support and mentor the Culture Improvement Ambassador network /li li Collaborate with Freedom to Speak Up, Patient Safety and Quality Improvement teams to promote culture change /li li Develop communications, engagement campaigns and materials /li li Measure and report impact of culture initiatives to senior stakeholders /li li Assist Divisional Leadership Teams to identify cultural challenges and co-design interventions /li li Provide coaching and development to embed compassionate and inclusive ways of working /li li Contribute to meaningful measures and evaluation frameworks to assess impact /li li Act as culture improvement advocate and share best practices /li li Build internal and external partnerships for learning and dissemination /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Educated to Degree level or equivalent; Masters level or equivalent preferred /li li Postgraduate project/change management training/experience /li li Up-to-date knowledge of best practice culture improvement methodologies /li li Experience applying Organisational Development approaches /li li Experience delivering training and coaching /li li Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to diverse audiences /li li Stakeholder analysis and management across multiple sectors; working in complex environments /li li Experience in communications planning, messaging and narratives /li li Problem solving with qualitative and quantitative data to inform solutions /li li Ability to work independently with changing demands and priorities /li li Ability to interpret national guidance to implement best practice across the organisation /li /ul ul li Strong communication and reporting skills /li li Stakeholder management /li li Coaching and mentoring /li li Organisational Development methodologies /li li Training design and delivery /li li Coaching at multiple levels /li /ul
