It’s a chance to shape child and adolescent mental health care in Cornwall while enjoying a balanced lifestyle near the coast. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li generous relocation package /li li flexible and family-friendly working arrangements /li li structured support for new consultants /li li opportunities for leadership and innovation /li li annual salary 113,565–150,569 /li li work across community clinics and hospitals /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Provide specialist psychiatric advice within the multidisciplinary team /li li Lead and supervise team members and supervise trainees/advanced practitioners where appropriate /li li Communicate effectively with referring/receiving teams and primary care /li li Participate in therapy sessions in complex cases where suitable /li li Contribute to strategic development of the CAMHS service with the service manager /li li Develop a personal professional development plan and engage in further qualifications, research, or transformation programs /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li CCT or equivalent in CAMHS Psychiatry /li li Full GMC Registration and licence /li li Section 12 and AC approval eligibility /li li Inclusion (or eligibility) on the specialist trainee list within 6 months of CCT /li /ul ul li Teaching ability /li li Leadership in multidisciplinary teams /li li Excellent written and verbal communication /li li Knowledge of UK hospital systems /li li IT literacy (email/internet) /li li Clinical decision-making based on evidence and experience /li /ul
