b Overview /b p In this Clinical Lead role you will provide clinical leadership and expert guidance to inpatient teams, ensuring high-quality mental health care for adults. You will manage complex caseloads, supervise staff, and support training within a multidisciplinary setting. You will develop and implement effective pathways, contribute to audits and NICE-aligned practice, and help shape service development. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to drive care improvement across acute inpatient units within an NHS trust. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Provide clinical leadership, advice and supervision to inpatient teams /li li Manage caseloads and support complex assessments and formulation /li li Lead and deliver staff training and professional development /li li Refer, signpost and coordinate with secondary or alternative services /li li Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and service users to develop care pathways /li li Plan and develop services; contribute to research and audit per NICE and Trust guidelines /li li Support learning across educational levels within the team /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li NMC/HCPC registration /li li Substantial inpatient experience /li li Non-Medical Prescriber or willing to work towards /li li Experience of quality improvement projects /li li Experience of completing audits /li li Desirable management/leadership qualifications /li li Disclosure and Barring Service check /li li Current UK professional registration /li /ul ul li teamwork and collaboration /li li clear communication /li li clinical judgment /li li clinical leadership /li li complex assessments and formulation /li li risk assessment /li /ul
