b Overview /b p As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will help lead and deliver high-quality care for older adults across community teams and enhanced care settings. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to support safe patient flow to and from Windermere and related services. The role offers leadership opportunities and cross-team rotation, with a focus on clinical governance, improvement, and evidence-based practice.
