b Overview /b p In this part-time Consultant Paediatrician role, you will join the Neurodevelopmental Team to deliver high-quality care for children and young people in Chester. You will work within an integrated paediatric directorate and collaborate with a broad multidisciplinary network to develop services in line with national policy. The role offers flexibility to tailor responsibilities to service needs and supports cross-organisation partnerships. You will help shape neurodevelopmental and community child health outcomes in the region. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Collaborate with a wide range of professionals (SLTs, OTs, physiotherapists, pharmacists, specialist nurses, health visitors, school nurses) /li li Engage in community work and liaison with Local Authority teams and voluntary sector partners /li li Support and contribute to clinical networks with CAMHS and Alder Hey Children’s Hospital /li li Participate in regional and tertiary level clinical governance and service development /li li Tailor roles to meet evolving service needs while delivering high-quality clinical care /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Full GMC registration /li li Wide experience in general paediatrics with specialist knowledge of community child health (CCH) /li li Competence in child public health, behavioural paediatrics, safeguarding including looked after children and Neurodisability /li li Desirable: substantial clinical experience of health needs of looked after children /li /ul ul li Collaborative working /li li Strong communication and liaison with multidisciplinary teams /li li Adaptability and flexibility in role /li li General paediatrics /li li Community child health (CCH) /li li Neurodisability /li /ul
