Overview

In this role you will lead the CAFM system and oversee compliance for estates and facilities, ensuring safe, efficient services across Hard FM, Soft FM and Property Services. You will partner with operational teams to maintain asset data, manage PPM schedules and drive governance around compliance reporting. The role supports cross-site operations with regular site travel and a focus on data integrity, safety, and continuous improvement. A strong hook is the chance to shape facilities compliance across multiple trust sites.

Responsibilities

  • Lead compliance across PPM, statutory and mandatory requirements for Estates and Facilities
  • Develop and maintain PPM programmes and ensure accurate recording in CAFM and Trust systems
  • Produce and monitor compliance reports and KPIs for service standards
  • Track performance and address non-compliance through governance meetings
  • Oversee contractor performance to meet contractual and safety standards
  • Ensure adherence to Safe Working Policy, Permit to Work and health and safety requirements

Key requirements

  • Proven leadership and staff management skills
  • Post-qualifications experience as a senior manager in Estates and Facilities or compliance
  • Experience working across departments and organisational boundaries
  • Expert knowledge of contract management and procurement, including public sector rules (OJEU)
  • Knowledge of Estates and Facilities services
  • NEBOSH General Certificate
  • Experience with data management and reporting to diverse audiences
