In this role you will support the day-to-day operation of the practice, helping to maintain smooth workflows between clinical and administrative teams. You will assist with appointment planning, contractual activities and governance-aligned processes. You will respond to patient feedback and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery, contributing to a busy primary care environment. Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operation and ensure smooth workflow across clinical and administrative teams
  • Coordinate contractual activities and requirements
  • Assist with appointment system planning in collaboration with management
  • Collaborate with teams to improve processes and frontline support
  • Address patient feedback and identify improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to projects aimed at efficiency, patient experience and service delivery
  • Work with Practice Governance Lead to ensure governance-aligned operational processes
  • Provide general operational support to the management team
