Overview
In this role you support the IT Service Delivery function to coordinate projects and ensure readiness and smooth transitions. You work closely with cross-functional teams to document progress, maintain project plans, and report on status, helping the organization meet ISO/IEC 20000 standards. You will gain exposure to governance, training, and continuous improvement while developing your IT project management skills. Responsibilities
- Coordinate, track and document Project Management activity within IT Service Delivery, ensuring ISO/IEC 20000 compliance
- Ensure operational readiness and service transition plans with appropriate documentation, training and SLAs
- Conduct project status reports and post-implementation reviews as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Project Plans
- Maintain process documentation: policies and procedures where applicable
- Own reports and present status updates as required
Key requirements
- ITIL 4 Foundation or above
- ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation or above
- PRINCE2 - preferred
- Strong experience in Microsoft 365
- Core PM basics: project phases, note-taking, task tracking, stakeholder communication
- Ownership and accountability; calm under pressure and decision-making
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of SharePoint site structure, permissions and content management concepts
