b Overview /b p In this role you will deliver highly specialised psychological assessments, formulations and interventions for adults with complex mental health needs within the Assertive Outreach Team. You will work with a multidisciplinary group to develop recovery-focused care and provide expert consultation, supervision and training to professionals. You will contribute to clinical leadership, service development and quality improvement to ensure evidence-based, person-centred care across community services.
