Clinical Pharmacist - (PCN- Primary Care Network) (ARRS)

Job summaryThe Clinical Pharmacist will
be employed under the NHS England Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS)
to work as part of the multidisciplinary Primary Care Network team. The role
supports medicines optimisation, improves patient safety, and enhances access
to clinical care, while helping to reduce GP workload.The post holder will work
within their professional scope of practice and competency framework, under
appropriate clinical supervision, delivering patient-facing pharmaceutical care
