Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of care staff including training, supervision and delegating duties on shift
  • Administer and order medications
  • Review and update resident care plans and risk assessments
  • Liaise with GPs, district nursing teams and resident families
  • Uphold dignity and preferences of residents and foster a warm, vibrant environment

Key requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Previous experience in a residential care setting
