Overview
As PCN Manager you lead strategic and operational initiatives to strengthen the PCN’s performance and resilience. You will work with member practices, staff and external partners to deliver transformation and service improvements that align with the NHS Neighbourhood strategy. You will maximize PCN resources and oversee workforce wellbeing, ensuring decisions benefit practices and patients. The role is outward-facing, requiring strong stakeholder relationships and collaborative approaches.
Responsibilities
