Overview
In this role you will provide ongoing medical care to an established patient list across three rural practices, contributing to a growing integrated neighbourhood. You’ll work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards and continuity of care while developing new models of care. The position offers a structured clinical schedule, opportunities for professional development, and involvement in extended hours and on-call duties. This is a chance to impact primary care delivery in a collaborative, community-focused setting.

Responsibilities
- Manage an established patient list and a broad clinical caseload
- Deliver wide-ranging health care across the practice sites
- Collaborate with Partners and staff to develop the practice and adapt to primary care changes
- Work 8 clinical sessions with option for Enhanced Access 6.30pm–8.00pm
- Share home visits and participate in on-call rota
- Engage in regular practice meetings and CPD
- Support minor procedures and extended services (e.g., sexual health, phlebotomy)
- Utilise EMIS Web, Docman 10, accuRx, Lexacom dictation at work
Key requirements
- Primary medical qualification e.g. MRCGP/nMRCGP
