Job summary2 VacanciesWe are seeking two Full-Time Salaried GPs.

You will join Laurel Bank Surgery at a very exciting time as we have recently merged with the Village Surgeries Group on 1st April.

Our workforce will comprise 4 GP Partners, 1 Managing Partner, 10 Salaried GPs, 2 ANPs, 6 Nurses, 2 Clinical Pharmacists, 1 Pharmacy Technician, 5 HCAs, and whole management and administration team, including dispensers. In total, we have a team of almost 80 staff. We are looking for salaried GPs who are excited and motivated by our ambitions to develop new models of care, as leaders in our integrated neighbourhood. We are proud of our continuity of care, and GPs manage their own list of patients.

This role will will be required to work across all 3 practice sites (Malpas, Tattenhall and Farndon).What we are offering: A competitive package with BMA model contract8 clinical sessions and 1 CPD sessions (total 9)A supportive and friendly practice team with a variety of GPs partners/salaried GPs, ANPs, AHPs, ARRS roles, Nurses and HCAs. BMA 25 appointments per day. Full secretarial, administration and management support. EMIS Web, Docman 10, accuRx, Lexacom dictation.

Minor Ops, sexual health including LARCs, phlebotomy, and minor injury services. Supportive environment including regular Practice meetings and CPD.Special interests are encouraged and supported.

Main duties of the jobMain Purpose of the Role To assist with an interesting clinical caseload of an established list of patients. Deal with a wide range of health needs, maintaining our quality standards. To work with the the Partners and Staff to continue to develop the practice in response to the ever changing face of primary care, maintaining high standards and traditional practice To work for 8 clinical sessions - core hours are 8am to 6.30pm. You may be required to work a share of Enhanced Access from 6.30pm to 8.00pm.Take a fair share of home visits when in Surgery (we don't have many).To participate in the On Call rota on a shared basis.

We have just received GOOD in our CQC inspection in July.
