Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team across Ashford & St Peter's and Royal Surrey County Hospital. Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, MDT meetings, day unit and anticoagulation services. Contribute to on-call rotas and provide senior clinical cover, including reviewing admissions and triaging patients. Support teaching, training and supervision of junior medical and non-medical staff. Engage in clinical governance, audit, research and quality improvement activities.
