The Bank Enhanced Clinical Practitioner (ECP) role offers an exciting opportunity within the Hospital at Home service. As an ECP, you will provide high-quality, acute-level care to patients, striving to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and support early, safe discharges. Working within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, you will utilize advanced clinical expertise to assess, treat, and manage complex health needs in a community-based setting.
