You will hold a current NMC registration and a degree in Mental Health, Learning Disability or Adult Nursing or equivalent.You must have the ability to work flexible shift patterns as required. You must be able to identify and lead during a medical emergency or incident calmly with confidence and clear leadership and have high levels of resilience and confidence when faced with challenging clinical situations.You will be able to demonstrate substantial experience in making clinical and operational decisions and. You must have an ability to analyse and interpret the Staffing Dashboard and be able to gather and interpret information and data concisely and accurately and report/escalate as required.The role will predominantly work days but will be required to work nights at times when needed.
